ADULTS ARM & PEDAL

The Arm and Pedal Bicycle is an alternative to our outdoor exercise bike. Unlike the Bicycle, this outdoor arm and pedal bike works both the arms and legs at the same time.

Furthermore, the nature of these motions and movements allow users to target improved flexibility and mobility in the leg and arm joints.
