ADULTS TAI CHI DISCS

Our Tai Chi Discs are based on the traditional martial art that aims to exercise both the mind and body. Their aim is to aid in the user’s muscle flexibility by encouraging a gentle co-ordination exercise. The discs stand at slightly different heights on opposing sides of the unit. This ensures that they are accessible to more users.
